Introduction: Our client sought the creation of an interactive exhibit that showcases the power of air movement, with top-quality materials and craftsmanship. We were tasked with delivering ready-to-assemble components for 14 complete exhibits across the European Union, while meeting deadlines.
Challenge: Manufacturing a plywood air cannon wrapped in wood with a membrane, a steel “sling” to hold the cannon, and a rotating mechanism with bronze bushings. Additionally, producing a target board featuring 418 mirrored HPL laminate rectangles to demonstrate air movement.
Solution: Utilizing our expert team and state-of-the-art production processes, we crafted the air cannon, the steel sling, and the target board to meet the high-quality standards. Our client only needed to mount the air cannon onto the sling and install the membrane to complete the assembly.
Result: This exhibit has been displayed in 14 locations across the European Union. Visitors are fascinated by the movement of the rectangles on the target board as they respond to the air from the air cannon. Every component of the exhibit reflects our dedication to delivering exceptional craftsmanship, precision, and quality, offering an engaging experience for all visitors.
