Introduction: We were responsible for producing high-quality components for an interactive animated film exhibit, using plywood and stainless steel to create camera and lamp mounts. The exhibit allows visitors to create their own animations by arranging various elements, taking photos, and compiling them into a short film. Our team successfully completed and delivered the components for 10 exhibits within a tight 14-day deadline.
Challenge: Achieving the highest quality in both the plywood and stainless steel elements, while ensuring the welded connections were virtually invisible to the naked eye. In addition, the project required the use of a 3D laser for cutting stainless steel components, and the short deadline posed a significant challenge for the team.
Solution: Our team utilized advanced techniques and equipment, such as a 3D laser for cutting stainless steel, to create the components with utmost precision. We employed meticulous welding and polishing methods to ensure the connections were seamless and nearly invisible.
Result: Visitors to the animated film exhibit are able to create their own unique animations by arranging elements on the table, taking photos using a button, and then moving the elements to create the next frame. After taking a series of photos, visitors can watch their animations come to life on a screen. The exhibit offers an engaging and creative experience, allowing visitors to explore the process of animation and film creation using the high-quality components we provided.
